Refunds
If it disappoints, we refund it
Previews are free precisely so you never buy something you have not seen. If a photo you paid for still is not right, we make it right.
The promise
Ask within 30 days of purchase and we refund it. You do not have to explain why.
Email hello@ifonlymoments.com with your order number. Refunds go back to the original payment method and take 5–10 business days to appear.
Keeping the files
If you ask us to, we delete the refunded images from your library. Otherwise they stay — we would rather you had the photo than not.
Print orders
Physical items are refunded or reprinted if they arrive damaged or misprinted. Tell us within 14 days of delivery.
