Your photos stay yours

What we store

The photo you upload, the reference photos of the person being added, and the images we generate from them.

Your email address, and a password hash if you set one. If you sign in with Google we store your Google account id, name and profile picture.

Order records: what you bought, when, and the amount. Card details are handled entirely by Stripe — they never reach our servers.

Basic analytics: which pages you visited, which step you reached, and the advertising campaign that brought you here.

What we never do

We do not use your photos to train any model, ours or anyone else’s.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share your photos with third parties except the image-generation provider needed to fulfill your own order.

We do not send marketing email unless you explicitly ask for it.

How long we keep things

Previews you never bought are deleted after their expiry window closes (48 hours by default).

Photos you bought stay in your library until you delete them.

When you delete your account we purge your photos and any derived files within 24 hours. Billing records are retained where tax law requires it.

Processors we use

Stripe — payments. Google (Gemini) — image generation. Resend — transactional email. Meta — advertising measurement, if you consent to it.

Declining cookies on the banner stops advertising measurement. It does not affect your photos or your order.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data at any time. Email hello@ifonlymoments.com and we will action it within 30 days, usually the same day.

If you are in the EU/UK you have the rights set out in the GDPR, including the right to complain to your supervisory authority.

If you are in California you have the rights set out in the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know and the right to delete. We do not sell personal information.
